Work Experience

We like to encourage anyone who is seeking to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

The minimum age for Small Animal placements is 16 and our preference is to select A-level students who are planning to study Veterinary Medicine after school, either as Nurses or Vets.

In our Large Animal / Equine division the placements are usually reserved for student vets (typically over 18) who come to observe practice as part of their Veterinary degree.

If you are in school year 10 or year 11 we are sorry we cannot offer you any work experience.
